What are the accounts that were made in controller that they are experiencing issues with?
What kind of issues are they having when they attempt to delete it?
If there are any error that appear when doing any action in Controller, be sure to get a screenshot to let us know what the user is seeing, and for what records the issue is applying to.
Person records have a PersonNumber we can reference, and card credentials would have a cardnumber we could lookup as well?
